Everyone in a lifetime would have experienced loss and grief. Some unfortunately descend into depression. In our present geopolitical turbulent world with wars in the Middle East disrupting oil distribution, in Africa and elsewhere; with natural disasters of earthquakes, forest fires and flooding and especially in our fast paced, zero defect societal expectations leading to much stress or failures, loss, grief and depression can certainly occur.
How then as Christians, can we cope with it, be healed and restored? It is possible by the power of the Holy Spirit, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the love of our heavenly Abba Father.
